steve-adminandClaude Sonnet 5 d072cdaa07 Commit full-length compressed exports of both demucs stems 
vocals.mp3 (narrator only) and no_vocals.mp3 (background/instrumental
only), 128kbps MP3, so both are viewable/playable directly in Gitea
without needing local playback or GPU-box access.

steve-adminandClaude Sonnet 5 79691b81c6 Add demucs stem-separation demo; sketch audio-translation pipeline 
Two-stem separation (vocals/instrumental) run on RTX 3090 against the
shared sample clip. Isolated vocals.wav is meant as the clean voice
reference for a future voice-cloning TTS step.
