Add historical photos of West Wickham village

and Bromley Borough Local History Society into the site:

- High Street c.1955 (Francis Frith)
- High Street c.1957 (PHLS)
- Wickham Court 1899 (Francis Frith)
- Wickham Court from SE c.1960 (Francis Frith)
- Aerial composite c.1960 (Francis Frith)
- West Wickham Road c.1965 (Francis Frith)
- Village Sign (PHLS)

Changes:
- New Photo Gallery section with detailed captions
- Photo strip between Welcome and History sections
- Added Photos link to main navigation and sidebar
- Images set to border=2, width=250 for retro aesthetic
